The SIEV (Green Energy Intelligence System) is a data and analytical platform dedicated to the technological pathways of the energy transition, with a particular focus on green hydrogen, sustainable aviation fuels (SAF), advanced biofuels, green ammonia, and other emerging technologies. Drawing on multiple reliable sources—public databases, scientific articles, sectoral reports, market information, and public policies—SIEV organizes this information in a structured manner, according to value chains (upstream, midstream, and downstream), levels of technological maturity, and types of actors involved (companies, government, academia, and investors).
The platform was created precisely to address four central challenges: the absence of a single, harmonized repository on green technological pathways; the low maturity and competitive asymmetry of emerging technologies relative to already consolidated solutions; the fragmentation of public policies across different levels of government; and the disconnect between research, market, and government. By integrating dispersed data into a single environment, SIEV enables the identification of trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities, facilitates the comparison of technological alternatives, and supports evidence-based strategic decision-making.
More than a dashboard of indicators, SIEV functions as an intelligence infrastructure: it offers dynamic visualizations, thematic filters, territorial layers, and interpretative analyses that support policymakers, companies, financial institutions, research centers, and international organizations. Its objective is both simple and ambitious: to transform qualified information into a direct input for accelerating projects, investments, and policies in green energy, strengthening the position of Goiás and Brazil in the new low-carbon economy.
